Instructions for Proper Use:
It is recommended that you wear a sturdy athletic shoe when using the Foot Rocker. Complete each exercise with 3 sets of at least 30 seconds per set. Rest in 5-second intervals between sets. Choose the proper stretching exercise (instructions included with each rocker) depending on your condition. Use daily as needed.
IMPORTANT: Consult a physician or physical therapist before using the Foot Rocker with any pre-existing calf, ankle, or foot injuries. Not for use on slippery surfaces.
